Building Permit Applications

LIQUOR AND OPERATORS’ LICENSES
Please visit the Town Clerk at 101 Cedar Street to fill out the appropriate application. Those applying for an operator’s license, often called a bartender’s license, will need to present a valid photo ID and be aware that a background check will be run.
The fee for a new operator’s license applicant is $25.

DOG LICENSES
In order to obtain a dog license, please complete the form below and deliver in-person or mail to the Town of Baraboo Treasurer, Mary Farrell-Stieve. Note that no dog licenses will be issued in the month of December.

The cost is $5 per license for spayed or neutered dogs and $10 for those that are intact.
